OT Services and More, LLC
stands for
Occupational Therapy Services and More, LLC – (OTSM)
provides contract Occupational therapy and more.

We stand out in three ways:
First, with Barbara’s extensive experience and training in early intervention, nutrition and geriatrics, she strives to improve the day-to-day lives of clients and their families.
She collaborates with parents to address their biggest areas of concern with their child and assesses the following areas during Occupational therapy sessions:
Sensory Processing

We individualize therapy strategies for sensory processing by focusing on understanding how your child receives, interprets, and responds to sensory information from their environment. We employ therapy interventions so children can regulate their sensory experiences. This fosters improved focus, self-control, and overall well-being.”
Gross Motor

Our therapy strategies focus on improving gross motor skills, including crawling, running, and jumping through bilateral coordination and control of large muscle groups. This helps with activities that require core strength and stability, playing a crucial role in developing strength, balance, and overall body movement.
Fine Motor

We develop your child’s fine motor skills through coordination and control of small muscles. We focus our therapy strategies on activities like grasping objects and eye-hand coordination exercises. This enhances fine motor skills and improves your child’s ability to effectively engage in daily tasks that require the use of these skills.
Visual Motor

We implement therapy strategies that strengthen eye-hand coordination to improve your child’s ability to interpret visual information and execute precise motor responses. We incorporate fun and engaging interventions, including throwing, catching, and hitting a baseball. This promotes confidence, self-esteem, and participation with peers.
Self-care/Daily Living

Our therapy interventions for self-care and daily living encompass a range of therapy strategies tailored to your child’s needs. Our interventions strengthen the capacity for self-directed play, improve social skills, language and support dressing and grooming, fostering optimal performance and increased independence in your child’s environment.
Visual Perception

Our therapy strategies for visual perception focus on a broad range of visual skills that strengthen your child’s ability to interpret and make sense of visual information in their environment. This maximizes success and independence across academic, home, and community contexts, and empowers your child to understand and interact effectively in their surroundings.
Second, we strive to connect providers with facilities.
This is definitely some of the “and More”………More therapies and More facilities.
We are contracted with Washington State Healthcare Staffing Network (WSHN) and help find contracts nationwide. We’re proud to offer our services across the state in alignment with their mission to serve rural and underserved communities.
Currently we have direct contracts with 10 facilities and new facilities are being added every three weeks.
If you’re a facility in need of reliable, experienced therapy coverage- or a therapist looking for a fulfilling opportunity- we’d love to work with you.

Third, we strive to provide individualized nutritional support
Nutrition & Mineral Balance as the Foundation for Healing
Nutrition forms the foundation for all healing. Every system in the body — hormonal, neurological, immune, and metabolic — relies on a steady supply of nutrients to function, adapt, and repair.
Within this foundation, mineral balance plays a central role. Minerals act as cofactors for enzymes, support cellular communication, regulate fluid balance, and influence how the body responds to stress. When minerals are depleted or imbalanced, even the best nutrition or supplements may not produce lasting change.
A mineral-focused approach, informed by tools such as Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), helps identify long-term patterns and guides supportive, individualized nutrition strategies. Rather than chasing symptoms, this approach emphasizes restoring balance so the body can regain resilience and self-regulation over time.
